In addition to a sail, we visited a private beach, where the company sponsors held afternoon activities and lunch.

Lots of wildlife.  Everyone foraging for sustenance... including the biting flies, unfortunately.

We also ran across lots of creatures in the tidal pools... star fish, crabs, etc.
